Wisdom has a degree in Nursing, he combines his passion for social justice with practical initiatives in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment.

Under his leadership, the foundation has fostered partnerships with local organizations and businesses, significantly expanding its impact.

Outside of work, he enjoys mentoring young leaders and engaging in community service, embodying his belief in the power of collective action for social change. Through his efforts, Wisdom remains a beacon of hope and inspiration for those he serves.

Director, Legal Counsel 

Michael has extensive experience in tax law, audit, and compliance. He combines legal expertise with a strong background in accounting, serving clients with complex financial and legal needs. He has over a decade of experience with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and additional legal practice experience in tax dispute resolution, estate planning, and business compliance.

Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Pittsburg State University. He then pursued a masters in tax degree at University of Texas, Arlington. Admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2019, he is known for his detailed approach to resolving IRS controversies, including successful negotiations on tax liens, levies, payment agreements, and innocent spouse relief.

As the founder of the Law Office of Dango Allen PLLC, he represented clients in areas such as State and Federal Tax Controversies, estate planning, and contract disputes, offering both litigation and mediation services. His practice extended to community education and outreach, focusing on providing legal support to underserved communities.

Before launching his law practice, Michael served as an Auditor with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. He led audit engagements for business entities, verified compliance with state statutes, trained junior auditors, and defended audits in court, showcasing his expertise in tax and accounting compliance.

Emmanuel is a result-driven professional with expertise in agile project management, business analysis, and operational excellence. He holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics Administration and excels at driving performance improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration
